  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., underwear, skincare)

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products


2. How to Start a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If your return is rejected due to not meeting eligibility, we will notify you and offer to ship the item back at your expense.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order separately.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
