All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7–20 business days

  • Express International: 5–10 business days (if available for your region)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs processes, and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Free Shipping may be available on qualifying orders or during promotional periods.

  • International Orders may be subject to additional fees (e.g., customs duties, taxes) which are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or directly on the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you realize your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged package or items

We will work with you to offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


8. International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
