Was working great until the Foreward/Reverse rotation broke.

"it worked great to clear a hair clog in our bathtub. But then, the Forward/Reverse Rotation button broke when I was trying to clean hair out of the end of the cable leaving it permanently stuck in forward rotation. it is still usable, but it is now more of a pain to clean hair out of the end. I would have given it 5 stars, and reverse the first time I use it."

"I am a maintenance tech supporting a 30 year old 250 apartment complex. Everything in the bag is of decent quality. The bag zipper is pretty cheap. and forward right spin, and reverse left and The speed of the spin depends on how far you pull the trigger. And the motor is fairly strong. Strong enough to twist and kink the snake. Which I did."

"Be careful not to jam the cable in the pipe it will bend. Luckly I was able to fix it but its not working as good. The cable will need to be replaced to work properly."

Finally unclogged the pipe

"I've had a clog somewhere past one of my toilets that wouldn't dissolve or move with air pressure. so the clog only affected that toilet. loosened up whatever was stuck in the pipe to the entrance of the septic tank, where I was able to manually force it through via the pipe access. I still don't know what it was… something too hard for the cable to grab, So WORTH THE MONEY, as I would've had to call a plumber out to handle it if this didn't work. Now I use it any time a drain starts to slow down, saving me money from having to buy drain cleaner."
